Video Coordinator
The Old Dominion University Athletic Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Video Coordinator. The position will report to the Director of Athletic Creative Services. This position will record video and use advanced Digital Sports Video (DSV) editing software to edit game and practice footage for football, and other sports as needed. The position will be required to use creative graphic concepts to produce recruiting videos and will serve as a liaison with the Constant Center video production coordinator for creative football scoreboard video content, television entities, the Colonial Athletic Association and web-site hosting (www.odusports.com) to provide video streaming assistance. The position will oversee the upkeep, repair, maintenance, storage and management of the video department’s computer and video editing systems as well as manage the budget of the video department. The video coordinator will supervise a staff for the video office, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure coverage of all football practices, games and other intercollegiate selected games and events. Management of the university’s football video archives, ensuring that seasonal and historical footage is properly stored and organized will be the responsibility of the video coordinator. This position will manage duplication and distribution/trade/upload to internet of football games and/or practice video, both internally and externally, within mandated deadlines.
Examples of previous work will be required for consideration. Candidates should also possess an undergraduate degree in a related field and 1-2 years of related experience.

First Assistant Women's Rowing Coach:
Old Dominion University invites applications for the position of First Assistant Coach, a full-time, 12 month faculty-administrative position. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Women's Rowing Coach with all aspects of developing and administering a new varsity rowing program for women. Duties will include but are not limited to: Serve as primary coach for the Freshman/Novice squad, coordinate and oversee all aspects of recruiting prospective student-athletes within the rules of the University, NCAA and CAA, designing water and land practices, attending recruiting and racing events, assist with the management of all rowing related equipment.

Director of Men's Basketball Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the men's basketball office and program by working with the coaching and other athletic staff to coordinate a wide variety of support activities to the Men's Basketball Program including planning and/or coordinating public relations activities, scheduling facilities for practices, competitions, special programs and camps, creating and producing marketing and public relations materials, projecting expenses for budget planning, and supporting the academic success of student athletes.
Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of sports management and administration theory and practice. Knowledge of effective public relations and marketing techniques. Demonstrated ability to use word processing software to record data and produce reports. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of NCAA regulations and ability to pass an annual certification test. Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Associate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
Old Dominion University, a NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking candidates for the position of Associate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. The individual will assist the Director of Strength & Conditioning coach in all aspects of the strength & conditioning program and be responsible for football. Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to: design & implementation of strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs; schedule and supervise team lifting sessions; instruct student-athletes in proper lifting technique. Minimum qualifications include: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Required; CSCCa or CSCS certification required; experience coaching on the college level required. A demonstrated knowledge in speed, agility, and functional training with football preferred. Assist with recruitment of qualified student-athletes and conduct all responsibilities within the rules of the University, NCAA and CAA.
Qualifications: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Proficient with computers and strong organizational and communication skills. Prefer collegiate rowing experience and or NCAA coaching and recruiting experience, trailer driving experience and experience managing rowing related equipment including outboard motors.

Qualifications:

Master's degree required, current NATA-BOC certification required, demonstration of clinical supervision of athletic training students required, graduate of CAHEP or CAATE undergraduate athletic training program or NATA approved graduate program required, D-I collegiate athletic training experience with football beyond undergraduate level preferred, current American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/AED instructor status preferred.
